To qualify for the Prestige Rewards Program, associates must fit within the guidelines laid out below.

Tier 1
Academic requirement
Tier 1 associates must have graduated from a top 25 law school with honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude, With Honors, With High Honors or Order of the Coif) or graduated from a top 50 law school with high honors (magna cum laude, summa cum laude, With High Honors or Order of the Coif) to be eligible.

Firm requirement
Tier 1 associates must currently work at a Vault 100 firm or high-end boutique to be eligible.  If you work for a firm not listed in the Vault 100, please contact us to determine your eligibility for a Tier 1 Reward.

Movement requirement
Tier 1 associates must have minimal movement to be eligible.  Associates with 1-4 years of experience must have only worked at one firm, while associates with 5-6 years of experience must have only worked at two firms to qualify.

Tier 2
Associates who graduated from a top 50 law school, clerked, graduated from their law school with honors or are working for an elite firm may be eligible for a tier 2 award. Contact Us to find out if you qualify.

Associate Reward
Tier 1 – 25% of the fee we collect for your placement, up to $15,000.
Tier 2 – $5,000

Tier 1 Prestige Rewards do not apply to non-publicly posted positions.  Similarly, opportunities generated through our Proactive Search are not Tier 1 eligible.  Candidates must remain employed with their new firm for the duration of Prestige’s fee agreement guarantee period (typically 6-12 months) with said firm to receive their Prestige Reward.
